The Amazon Environmental Research Institute (IPAM) is one of the principal, non-profit and non-governmental research and policy institutes in the Amazon and in Brazil.

About IPAM

Programs

Aiming to promote the conservation and development of the Amazon, IPAM works with 4 major programs, generating information and promoting initiatives to subsidize public policies, local initiatives and international agreements. These activities are conducted in tandem with families of farmers, rural producers, indigenous peoples, traditional communities and every sector of the government.
